Brick Paving Side Path
The old side path surface was removed, the base re-levelled and compacted, and the herringbone brick paving re-laid with a new linear drainage grate set neatly into the run.
Balcony Floor Resurfacing
The tired, cracked balcony floor was taken back to a solid base, then re-poured and finished smooth, a fresh new surface without touching the brickwork or breeze-block screen.
Walkway Surface Strip: Removed & Re-Done
The worn strip across the walkway was stripped back to a clean edge, then re-laid with fresh pebblecrete, a crisp, level repair right across the path.
Patch Repair: Up Close
Same job, closer in: the worn aggregate was removed back to a clean base near the drain, then patched with colour-matched stone so the repair blends with the older surface.
Concrete Slab: Reinforced & Poured
Steel mesh set on chairs within the formwork, then poured and finished smooth, a new reinforced slab tied neatly into the house and existing levels.
Pebblecrete Arch: Capital Repair
A chunk of the arch capital had broken away at the column. The damaged section was built back up and re-finished in fresh pebblecrete, worked in from scaffolding to match the weathered arches either side.
